A clear explanation for property owners who received outreach

Why I reached out.

If you received a letter, call, or message from me, it simply means your property matched criteria I follow when identifying situations where a conversation may be helpful.

How I identify properties

I use a structured approach to identify properties where there may be a change happening. This can include ownership patterns, timing-related indicators, property condition signals, or other publicly visible factors.

These signals do not tell the full story. They simply suggest that a property may be at a point where options could be worth discussing.

What this does not mean

Clear, selective, and respectful outreach

I do not know your personal situation.

I am not assuming you want to sell.

There is no obligation to respond.

This is not mass marketing.

A different kind of conversation

Most people I speak with are not looking for pressure. They’re looking for clarity.

If we talk, you can expect a straightforward conversation, clear options, and the ability to decide what makes sense on your own timeline.

Straightforward

A clear explanation of what I do and why I reached out.

Private

Any conversation stays discreet and low-pressure.

Optional

You are free to move forward, wait, or do nothing at all.

A system designed around timing, not pressure.

I use a system called Current Sources to identify when property situations may be changing based on publicly available information.

The goal is simple: reach out at the right time, not randomly.

In some cases, that conversation is useful. In others, it is not. Either way, the decision remains entirely yours.

Start a conversation if talking would be useful

If talking would be helpful, start here.

No pressure. No obligation. Just a private conversation about the property and what options may make sense.

All outreach is based on publicly available records. Any conversation is optional and handled with discretion.
