How I identify properties
I use a structured approach to identify properties where there may be a change happening. This can include ownership patterns, timing-related indicators, property condition signals, or other publicly visible factors.
These signals do not tell the full story. They simply suggest that a property may be at a point where options could be worth discussing.
What this does not mean
I do not know your personal situation.
I am not assuming you want to sell.
There is no obligation to respond.
